Yoga Workshop & Sound Bath 


A gentle morning workshop blending yoga, breathwork, slow movement and a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Let your breath flow as you relax, unwind and ease into the day. Suitable for all levels.

Participants will move through accessible postures, intentional breathwork and mindful stillness, before settling into a soothing sound bath to begin the day with clarity, softness and renewed presence.

Bring:

• Yoga mat/or Towel

• Water bottle

• Comfortable clothing

• Optional - towel/blanket for relaxation


Suitable for 14+ years. Children (under 18 years) must be accompanied by an Adult ticket holder.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start together and settle into the space.

Dress for the weather – this session will go ahead outdoors in all conditions.
