Family Acro Yoga + Circus Play 

A playful and collaborative family workshop combining Acro Yoga (partner yoga) with simple circus-inspired movement. Parents and kids team up in pairs or small groups to explore balance, trust, connection and plenty of laughter. Expect a relaxed pace with lots of guided support, no pressure and no experience required. Come ready to move, laugh and connect!

9:30am – 11:30am 

$45 per participant (8+ years)

Bring:

• Yoga mat (if you have one)

• Water bottle

• Comfortable, stretchy clothing

• Sunscreen and hats (sun-safe recommended)

Suitable for ages 8+ years. Children (8-17 years) must be accompanied by an Adult ticket holder.

All participants (adults and children) will be participating in the movement activities. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start together and settle into the space.

Dress for the weather – this session will go ahead outdoors in all conditions.
